Fourth Cohort
CALA’s Third cohort for the Advanced Leadership programme began in 2024 and consists of 40 participants from 8 countries – Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. Selected from over 1,700 applicants, the 40 individuals represent the continent’s most dynamic leaders in agriculture, with 60% of the leaders drawn from government agencies across the 8 countries, 23% from the private sector and 17% from civil society.
